Wow, it's been ages, but hey I'm back and look forward to chatting to you this year. I guess time flies when you are on holiday. I've been away to South Africa for the month of January and am slowly settling back into normal life. You know the life that includes work, housework cooking tea and doing laundry... though I would not have it any other way. :)
Today I'd like to share my first challenge entry of the year, which is for K+. K+ is a brand new challenge site, which requires you to use kraft as the base of your layout. Then you are allowed to add whatever embellishments you like, using the colours for that month's challenge. This month's challenge is "Mango Breeze" I just loved all the beautiful bright colours. It's not usual for me to go this bold, I think it's good to step outside the square at times. You can't help but to be happy when working with so much gorgeousness. So, if you haven't seen their blog yet, go and have a look, by clicking on the link below.
Mango Breeze Challenge
The colours for this month immediately reminded me of lovely island holidays, cocktails on the beach and balmy tropical weather. What other than our photos from our trip to Bali then? So here's my take on it.
I also included some details on my journaling and handmade flowers:
